What to expect

Manta Point on your own boat. With no other group to think about, the crew can wait out a set of waves, reposition and drop you a second and third time when the mantas move — which is how the best encounters happen. Afterwards, Crystal Bay and Gamat Bay at your own pace.

This is the trip for underwater photographers, freedivers and anyone who wants the longest possible time with the animals. Choose any start between 08:00 and 14:00; mornings are usually calmest.
